A TRINKORA Associate is a core member of the TRINKORA ecosystem.This is a universal role that applies to one of these functions — creative, commercial, operational, finance, or people.We hire for potential, not just experience.Associates are expected to continuously learn, grow, and contribute — both professionally and personally.This role supports graduated growth through 5 levels, where progression is based on skill, responsibility, impact, and mindset. Associates may enter at any of the 5 levels, depending on experience and capability.
• Level 1 – Beginner / No experience required
• Level 2 – Basic working knowledge
• Level 3 – Skilled practitioner
• Level 4 – Lead / Owner of function
• Level 5 – Principal / Strategic contributor
Responsibilities
- Continuously improve skills, efficiency, and work quality
- Contribute to their assigned function
- Actively participate in training, learning programs, and evaluations
- Communicate progress, challenges, and ideas in a timely manner
- Follow TRINKORA’s processes, values, and quality standards
Must Have
