STANDARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE


These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern all purchases made from TRINKORA, whether through our website, social media platforms, or wholesale orders. By placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms.


1. General


1.1 TRINKORA (“we”, “us”, “our”) is the seller of products listed on our official channels.

1.2 Buyers (“you”, “your”) include individual customers, online buyers, and wholesale partners.

1.3 We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. The version applicable is the one available at the time of your order.


2. Ordering


2.1 Orders may be placed via our website, official social media pages, or through approved wholesale agreements.

2.2 An order is confirmed only after we issue an order confirmation (via email, message, or invoice).

2.3 We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if:

  • The product is unavailable,
  • Payment cannot be processed, or
  • The order is suspected to be fraudulent.


3. Pricing & Payment


3.1 Prices are displayed in local currency (or as specified in wholesale agreements).

3.2 Retail prices shown online are inclusive of applicable taxes, unless stated otherwise.

3.3 Wholesale prices are provided separately and are subject to minimum order quantities (MOQs).

3.4 Accepted payment methods include bank transfer, mobile wallet, card payment, or cash (for certain wholesale/local orders).

3.5 Orders will only be processed once payment has been received in full, unless credit terms are agreed in writing.


4. Shipping & Delivery


4.1 Delivery methods and fees depend on the channel of sale (website checkout, social media arrangements, or wholesale logistics).

4.2 Estimated delivery times will be provided, but delays caused by courier services or force majeure are not our responsibility.

4.3 Risk of loss or damage passes to you upon delivery.


5. Returns & Exchanges


5.1 Retail Customers (website/social media orders):

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery if items are unused, unworn, and in original packaging.
  • Refunds will be issued in the form of store credit, unless otherwise agreed.
  • Sale/discounted items are final and non-returnable.


5.2 Wholesale Customers:

  • Returns are only accepted in cases of defective or damaged goods reported within 3 business days of receipt.
  • No returns or cancellations will be accepted for unsold inventory.


6. Warranty & Liability


6.1 Products are warranted against manufacturing defects only. Normal wear and tear, misuse, or damage caused by handling are not covered.

6.2 Our liability is limited to the value of the product purchased. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.


7. Intellectual Property


7.1 All trademarks, designs, logos, and product images of TRINKORA are our property.

7.2 Wholesale partners and resellers may only use our brand assets with prior written approval.


8. Governing Law


8.1 These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Myanmar.

8.2 Any disputes shall be resolved through negotiation in good faith. If unresolved, disputes will be submitted to the competent courts of Yangon.
